Instances where we may decline an order are as follows:
- If an item is out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you by phone and/or email to notify you the items are unavailable and see if there is a similar product that will work for your needs or if you would like to be put on our waiting list for that item.
- Abuse of our return policy. We reserve the right to decline orders from customers who have abused our return policy in the past or who do not treat us well. We try to be as nice and helpful as possible and we hope we will earn your respect in return.
